The painting American Gothic was created by Grant Wood in the year 1930. It was made with inspiration to draw realism at the time. It was representative of traditional American rural values. meant to offer a vision of reassurance for Americans during the great depression.

This is a parody of the painting with the heads removed and replaced with Rick and Morty(Right and left). there is no point to Rick and Morty. the heads of Rick and Morty were clipped and placed atop the painting, they were then textured and blended in.
